Agreement to our legal terms

We are PureScan AI (“Pure AI,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). We operate the mobile application QUTE (the “App”), our website, as well as any other related products, features, and services that refer or link to these legal terms (collectively, the “Services”). These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and PureScan AI, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services without verifiable parental consent.

Our services & mindset disclaimer

Qute is an interactive self-improvement, affirmation, and vision visualization companion rooted in the Law of Attraction and mindset principles.

Disclaimer of Liability: All content, affirmations, guides, and conversational outputs produced by Qute are generated with artificial intelligence and are provided strictly for entertainment, personal motivation, and self-reflection purposes only. The information provided through our Services does not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial, or legal advice. You should consult an appropriate licensed professional for specific advice tailored to your personal situation. PureScan AI accepts no liability for decisions made or actions taken based on content generated through the App.

Intellectual property rights

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, software, user interface designs, anime mascot illustrations and characters, ambient audio soundscapes, text, artwork, and trademarks (including “Qute” and “PureScan AI”).

Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, PureScan AI grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Qute solely for your personal, non-commercial self-development practice.

Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

Subscriptions. Qute offers premium access (“Qute Pro”) through weekly, monthly, and annual subscription plans. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.

Free Trials. Any free trial offered automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled before the trial expires.

How to Cancel on iOS (Apple App Store):

• Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
• Tap your Name / Apple ID at the top.
• Tap Subscriptions.
• Select Qute.
• Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

How to Cancel on Android (Google Play Store):

• Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
• Tap your profile icon at the top right.
• Tap Payments & subscriptions, then tap Subscriptions.
• Select Qute.
• Tap Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen instructions.

All subscription charges and refunds are managed directly by Apple and Google in accordance with their respective app store purchase terms.

User-generated content & vision boards

When you upload personal images to your Vision Board or input personal aspirations into Qute, you retain full ownership of your intellectual property and personal materials. You grant PureScan AI a limited, royalty-free license to store, sync, and display your materials exclusively to you on your authenticated devices to fulfill the Services.

Prohibited activities

As a user of the Services, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or content from the Services to compile a competing database or application.
• Circumvent, disable, or tamper with security or authentication features of the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App’s source code.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Services.
• Use Qute to generate content that promotes hate speech, harm, or unlawful activity.

Limitation of liability

IN NO EVENT WILL PURESCAN AI, PURE AI, OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFIT, OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO ANY CLAIM.

Modifications & service availability

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Services at our sole discretion. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

Governing law & dispute resolution

These Legal Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms shall be resolved through confidential, binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
